A little goes a long way with the Bach remedies because they come in stock bottles so you can take a one ounce amber glass bottle with dropper, fill one third with water, two thirds with vodka and add two to four drops of the flower remedy to it. That’s it, done. One stock bottle will last a long time if you dose from the dosage bottle. I’ve been using these remedies for decades. I had to take vervain myself when my tendency was to push hard after a whopper snow storm and shovel up every bit. With this remedy I could live with a shoveled out path for adequate passage. I also give it to the cats. One drop of rescue remedy for general stress, especially vet visits, taken from the dosage bottle into a glass of water and that poured into two large water bowls. No need to put it in their food where they can taste the alcohol used as a preservative. You can also put some on your hand and pet them or in a spray bottle with water to cleanse the house if your vibe has been to over push yourself. Then vervain is needed.
