Only holds one half of a Mexican Hass. Doesn't keep them from turning dark. Waste in of money!

The avocado container is about the size of an avocado and functionally does what it proclaims - to keep an avocado fresh. One caveat, it is difficult to close and re-open. One needs to squish down the top on the avocado. And to open the heavy plastic snapped-down, difficult-to-reopen two halves of the container (and to save your fingernails), keep a screwdriver handy to wedge and turn between the two sides. The container lacks a tab to open the container with ease. I decided live-and-use this less-than-perfectly designed container rather than to return the item.

Hard to open for older person! It does keep avocado good.

Works well and gets the job done. It keeps avocados pretty well. I’ve also been putting apple halves in it and it works well for those too.

Gave as a gift. Was smaller than I thought it would be. Would have to be a small avocado to fit.
