Appalling product.I've now owned 2 of these after the first broke and had to be exchanged.First time using the power button broke and wouldn't turn off. Then when I connected it to the PC, it wasn't recognised at all and wouldn't charge. Happy to accept it may have been a one-off, I ordered a new one and Amazon kindly refunded the original.The second one wasn't much better. The power problem was resolved, but this time there were frequent errors connecting to the PC. Although the device was recognised, transferring music failed every time and returned an error message saying the device could not be found (even though it was showing in control panel). Totally useless if music can't be loaded.Real shame, because the 1 time it did work, the sound quality and volume (especially underwater) were impressive.

It worked well for about 3 months. Quality of the sound was decent but improved a lot after I changed the headphones. Problem is that it MELTED one night, after putting it to charge. Yes, MELTED. So, good but doesn't last.

This was the second one ordered. This one worked after I had charged it up and then it didnt work again. So disappointed as I swim a lot. The first one (which was a gift) wouldnt charge up.. Just got very hot which, in my opinion, is a fire hazard. I will buy another waterproof MP3 Player but not this one again. Awaiting refund for both.

I have been using this for several months now and I can honestly say it's the best one I've had and I've had 6 different ones from Walkman to speedo and some very cheap ones too.It has the highest volume and love the shuffle facility. It also works with Windows 10

I've had quite a few different mp3 players for swimming but this one is the best by far. Buds stay in perfectly, it's nice and loud with good bass, the battery seems to last a long time and the controls are easy to use by touch alone.Can't fault it

Great product, very happy with it. I use it for listening to podcasts while swimming, but I recommend using the spare hemispherical earbuds that come with the earphones as I find the sound quality is much better with these ones.

A great MP3 player which takes the boredom out of lane swimming. Carefully but quickly tucking the headphone wires through your swimming goggles ensures the ear buds stay in place even through relatively vigorous swimming.

Took a couple of tries before I selected the right size earbuds but now I have it’s great! Good sound and earbuds stay in!
