Vatika Naturals Black Seed Enriched Hair Oil 200 ml, Colourless

This has been a staple product for a long time in my daughter’s hair care routine, however since they changed the formula to include sweet almond oil [Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis] - which has been failed to be mentioned in their description of said item, but is listed in the ingredients list on the ACTUAL bottles itself - she has found it to cause hives to appear on her scalp, hands + wherever it comes into contact on her skin whenever she uses it & that it gives her headaches, whereas she never faced any issues with the original, previous formula. And, because it is the only product that works for her hair (she has no choice but to use the new formula), she has to take extra precautions when coming into contact with it; frankly unnecessary as the ingredient shouldn’t technically be in the formulation as it isn’t mentioned in the description or ingredients list on here. They should really either update the formula to match the product description as shown on here - i.e. REMOVE the sweet almond oil ingredient and revert back to the old formula - (which would be the ideal option) or include the ingredient to be shown in the description, otherwise it is misleading. I hope the company can fix this ASAP, as it can easily lead to something worse for unwitting, unfortunate others. Otherwise, it is/was an amazing product to use to maintain good hair health and to include in a good hair care routine.

I am impressed with this hair oil, I noticed since using this product, I have not had much hair breakage and less hair fall from detangling my hair with a brush and comb. It is a brown tinted liquid which is lightweight and I put it on my scalp to my end roots helping nourishing my hair and making it more thicker. With Jamaican castor oil it works a great combo especially for coily and curly hair types. It has a decent smell, which makes it bearable to apply this oil on my hair. I use this oil as both a hot oil treatment and a leave in oil but can be applied on your hair for a few hours then washed off.

Didn’t do much for my hair except make it greasy. Read the positive reviews and bought on a whim. There are far better oils out there

Nice hair oil with a good smell & great value for money...hv just started using it so can't comment until I use it for a few months but hair feels fine!

I'm mixed race, which holds some relevance. Personally dislike the smell, so I reccomend adding 1/3 drops of essential oils and shaking it up a bit for the scent. Works incredibly well on thicker wavy hair, and also very well on very wirey thick beards. This stuff is cheaper than a 30ml bottle of beard oil. Don't be scared of using this if you're "masculine" it's better, it's cheaper, it doesn't leave too much residue and it doesn't actually make your hair look oily. I use it instead of product and it works better.

Amazing product! It was so hard to find in stores, but thankfully I found it online. Makes hair sooo soft and it smells so good. It smells as if you just got out of the shower. The product looks like it's kind of a liquid versus an oil, but when you put it in your hair, you can feel that it's an oil. I absolutely love this stuff!!

I had been searching for a hair product recently, a neighbor of mine had suggested trying Indian hair oil products. I am very satisfied with this product and it smells great. It is not too runny so I leave it on overnight and wash it with a gentle shampoo in the morning.
