I was a little skeptical before bought it sounds too good to be true, right!But I’ve been using this for about a month, and it says what it does, the hair simply dies and my skin is completely smooth. I wish I had taken some before pictures.And with 400,000 lights flashes, I am not going to run out anytime soon :DBut one thing to keep in mind is patience, you have to give it a month or two and you will see results!

This does NOT work on darker skin tones & wouldn't even pulse. Waste of my time & money!!

Hair growth slowed a little after the first month, but when summer arrived my two girls and I stopped use as per the instructions. Hair growth resumed to normal growth after a while. Hair thickness never thinned and I would say the overall result of sugaring or waxing is superior to the Silk'n hair removal. My one daughter has olive skin tones and she experienced some skin discoloration.

Since purchase I have been trying to figure out how to use the damn thing. The instructions seem to come in every language known to man bar “English”. The instruction manual even comes in Polish but no English. I have no choice but to email the company for official instructions or turn to YouTube. Useless!

I bought this product in 2019 based on the fact it was suitable for dark skin. I have had professional IPL/ND YAG treatments before, except on my legs, so wanted to de-fuzz them also. Having used the silk’n for 2 years I can say it has reduced the amount of hair and slowed growth, but not removed all of it (neither did the professional treatments). I now only top up as needed. It takes patience as the pulse isn’t as strong for darker tones. In some instances I went over the treatment area twice to speed up results (at my own risk).

I have purchase this item through Amazon and Romo Ltd uk Is third party who sold the item to Amazon.The product is not working and I have 12 months warranty; Romo LTD uk told Amazon they do not have a warranty for this item and contact the manufacturer, contact manufacturer saying it's Romo uk LTD issue to deal with this problem.Romo uk LTD is the worse company i have seen, the company selling products to Amazon but don't issue 12 months warranty when their products stops working.
