I think there is quite a lot of sugar in them? Also not clear on bottle how much you need for daily intake? It says 200mg but not the RI? I could be wrong, these things are complicated but why not make it clearer?

For me, ordered and used all the tablets. They did not help quality of my eyesight at all. Not worth the money I paid for them

improve blurred vision in half a month
works for my blurring visionfor just experiment - tried another brand that was advertised as having additional contest and had lots amazing reviews--and it was nothing to compare- returned to thisdo sets of 2 month intake 2-3 times a year
