Got the incorrect scent TWICE
I love these candles , absolutely amazing - problem I had was I originally ordered the pumpkin trio , the scent I got was coastal sunset- I contacted customer service and they said to keep it and would send out another as a replacement, second candle I got again wasn’t what I ordered - it was the coastal sunset … severely disappointed that a company like amazon can overlook not only the orginal but then overlook the replacement, it’s unfortunate

Shattered my Thanksgiving dream!!🕯🕯like broken glass...
Love these candles...ordered two. One arrived broken. Poorly packed with no damage on the box it arrived in. Unable to order a replacement in time for Thanksgiving as they are out of stock!! 😔🦃

Lots of black smoke
Maybe a fluke, maybe a bad wick, but put off a ton of black smoke. Took away from the scent. Probably not what the doctor ordered either. I hoped once it burned down a bit it would stop, but it didn’t. Used about half, tossed the remaining.
