Antonio Tomas Bahia Paella Rice 5 Kg

Great to find this lovely rice in a 5 kg bag. We always get perfect results when using this paella rice, but only found it stocked in 1 kg in a Devon deli over an hour’s drive from us! So will now use Amazon in future.

Worth the price. Best on the market

This is one of the best Paella rices I have bought, and will buy again. It's a genuine Spanish Bomba rice,it will take a lot more stock when adding to the rice,there is a very helpful label stating this on the rice sack. By holding more stock it holds more flavour. Plus it comes in a lovely true cotten authentic sack. I will be buying this again for two main reasons, one, it's a great rice, the other reason, even better price too. If you are into cooking authentic Paella rice dishes this is a must buy. I have attached a photo of when I cooked for approximatey 50 people, the Paella pan size I used here was 90cm, I used 4kg of this rice, many people asked for a secound helping. The ramaing uncooked rice I have kept in the cotten sack it comes with and resealed by tiying a core around the sack opening.

The rice is from Valencia and has a distinctive shape. Expensive but worth it. So much paella rice in the UK that is not bomba rice - good to get this in the UK.

Perfect for paella or similar rice preparation. It doesn’t get overcook what is very important to get delicious taste with the right texture.

This is a great product, but was my Coronageddon impulse buy. I would, however, consider purchasing it again if I needed to buy it online instead of going to the Supermarket.
