YAMAHA HS8 8-Inch Powered Studio Monitor Pair - Black

These pack a punch and overall sound quality is amazing. Value for money, performance and build quality is top notch. I use these to listen to music, vinyls and I also DJ live streams. I owned Yamaha HS80 before I bought these and this pair of HS8 is definitely an upgrade. Highly recommended for home studios

Just WOW!

I have these for my apartment, and on one hand they're probably a little too loud for the space, but the sound quality is unparalleled. I get a great sub sound and can really get great studio sound even in a room that is less than ideal when it comes to acoustics.

Great sound and volume. I would highly recommend these. At the time, they were 300 bucks each, which was a great deal. They are great for a studio. Hard to go wrong.

Just a decent speaker for the price, can't complain with Yamaha reference monitors

Mine are probably aroune 20 years old. I just hooked up my pair to Focusrite Scarlet 4i4 using Balanced TRS (¼″) → XLR cables I got from Amazon. There is literally no noise, no hissing, 100% clean sound. The sound is incredible, and you would never know they were 20 years old, they sound like I just got them new out of the box. I have them sitting on metal planter stands I also got from Amazon and sitting on black isolation pads which sit on top of the metal planters. The only thing I want to do to my set up is add the subwoofer (another $500) to my set up. But even without the subwoofer, I have incredidble sound from a product that is nearly 2 decades old, and great range. I would give this product more than 5 stars if I could. I only recommend that you use the XLR inputs if you can, so you don't get any noise or hissing at all. Clean sound is the way to go! You will not be disappointed. This product is something you will never replace, and will leave in your will to your children or grandchildren. Note that the photo has the speakers upside down, which I have corrected! No need to point that out to me. They sounded great even upside down! ha ha

Los monitores HS8 de Yamaha son lo mejor en el mercado para escuchar tu música tal cual la creas. La ventaja de éstos es que son la versión MP (matched pair) conmemorativa de 50 años. Lo interesante de ésta versión es que ambos monitores fueron construidos al mismo tiempo con los mismos materiales con número de serie coincidentes, por lo que se garantiza la fidelidad en ambos.

I know Yamaha to make one of the best instruments and PA but I never owned one personally. I bought this speakers and I am so happy. Their production and detail is top notch. If you know what you are doing, you should get a good balance and Master from these pair. Solid!!!

J'utilise ces moniteurs dans mon studio depuis 12 ans. Cet achat est le remplacement de mes précédents (même modèle) dont un commençait à être défectueux. Un son super précis avec des basses bien contrôlé et des hautes bien défini. Je les ai reçu très rapidement et en parfaite état. Je suis parfaitement satisfait!

Son Bonitos y con una muy buena calidad de sonido. Son Excelente para mi estudio de sonido.
