Does it contain caffeine?

I cant find anything on the label to suggest it contains caffeine but I'm not 100% sure as I know drinking chocolate usually contains a small amount.

Can this be used for black buttercream?

I used this to make chocolate (dark brown) buttercream frosting. If you need true black, it won't be dark enough.

is this cocoa powder dutch processed?

Yes this cocoa is dutch processed. Dutch processing has been carried out for almost 200 years and brings out the rich chocolatey flavour and removes the bitterness. Without this process, the cocoa would be extremely bitter to the palate.
