Had been very pleased with this product, but after 4 months of limited use (only two of us in household) it stopped working. I put new Duracell batteries in it, but the only thing that is now dispensed from this soap dispenser is a whining noise, and certainly no soap. As the return period had expired, I contacted the seller via Amazon twice asking for a replacement, but have heard nothing. Very disappointed. NOT TO BE OUTDONE I TRIED AGAIN AND DILUTED THE LIQUID SOAP I USED. (NON-CREAMY AND NO BITS.) THIS DID THE TRICK, AND ALTOUGH SOAP IS A BIT WATERY, THE DISPENSER IS NOW WORKING AGAIN. RATING INCREASED TO 3 STARS, ALTHOUGH I STILL THINK THE SUPPLIER SHOULD HAVE RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL.Update - again. I had two of these and they both went in the bin.

Absolutely fantastic!!!I was on the search for a soap dispenser that would match my new bathroom. I was only looking for a manual one to hide the bottles and make it look nice when I came across this little gem! It came with the base detached and all you simply have to do is fill up with your chosen soap, pop in 4 x aaa batteries (not included) place it in its base in the area you want and there you have it! One fancy hand sensor soap dispenser!!What I love most is that it just gives you the perfect amount of soap each time. I was worried about my kids over using it with the novelty but you can self lock it by holding a button in for a few secs.I chose the chrome/silver version and it came exactly as described. I did imagine it to be heavier/sturdier but for the price it fits our exact requirements and works really well.

Nice little soap dispenser and seems to work pretty well although not perfect.Came well packaged and was easy to set up using the included instructions which were quite clear.When filled it is reasonably stable and overall it seems to work fairly well. It looks OK next to our stainless steel sink and it wipes down easily with a damp cloth,Not a bad item overall although we have noticed it will occasionally dispense without us activating it and on one occasion it did go mad and just keep on dispensing repeatedly until the batteries were exhausted and the soap had run out.Overall quite happy with it for the price we paid.

Had this for a year now and haven't replaced my rechargeable batteries still in there! We use this in the bathroom and I love it! It's a bit awkward to change the soap, and inside and on the lid, the area has now turned green (so I'm assuming it's copper on the plastic, not stainless steel??). I had to make a sign to stick on it as people had no idea what it was when they went to the bathroom though!! haha.Update -- After 1 year and 4 months, this product has now decided to break all by itself. No water ever got into the battery compartment - in fact, the same batteries from new lasted that long in there!! I replaced the batteries but it still didn't work and has now gone in the bin. Not going to buy again as it didn't last long (in my opinion). I mostly expect electronics to at least last 2 years, not a few months after warranty.

This soap sensor pump delivered today is absolutely gorgeous! It has a small footprint which is great, but what I love even more is the quality chromed casing. At last I have found one that matches my expensive lever taps 😊 Stainless and brushed nickel looked odd next to them. This was so easy to set up and works perfectly so far. It looks so expensive and is really quiet in use. I'm delighted!

Not happy with it. It works okay(ish), though I don't like the options for selecting how much soap is delivered (almost none or way too much), but my main gripe is that it chews it's way through batteries (4 AAA) in less than a week. Goodness knows what it is doing with the power usage, but it stops working every few days and requires a full battery swap. Turns an affordable unit into the most expensive on the planet...EDIT: Since posting this review, the company contacted me immediately, offering me a replacement which arrived very quickly, and seems to be working fine now. I accept the first one I received must have been a rogue unit and due to the excellent response from them I have revised my review to 5 stars.

While it is pretty reasonable in most aspects. The tubing on it is very very small and the outlet for the soap dispencing is equally VERY tiny. So it will only work with very liquidy/thin soaps, we have a thicker creamy type stuff and normal liquid soap and washing up liquid and the only one it could barely do it the washing up liquid, and even then it struggled a bit.

The media could not be loaded.  Update: Worked for less than 3 months. Wouldn't buy again.Had it for about a week. So far so good. The instructions say you can set the flow, but I never bothered with that. Just put the batteries in and started using it immediately. I use it with dish-washing liquid, because I hate having to touch a dispenser and then clean the soap suds off of it. It's also more quiet than any other automatic dispenser I've had.
