These are certainly comfortable and do lessen my heel pain.. but.. I wish they would stay in place. Could do with a sticky pad to keep them still. I wear wellies and ankle muck boots a lot and it's quite hard to get the footwear on without moving them. If they were sticky they would of got the 5 stars but its getting annoying.

It could just be that these soles are not for me but these made my foot pain worse. Once I took them out, the pain dramatically decreased. It’s odd because these are soft so I done know why they feel so stiff when I put them on.I’ll be trying memory foam instead to see it that makes a difference. Won’t be using these again but I don’t doubt that they work well for others.Also, they don’t stay put, which added to the discomfort. I’d say buy thick double sided tapead well if you wanted to purchase these

Good product,fair price quick delivery

I have quite severe heel pain after an accident & resultant operation (someone else's dog crashed into my leg at full speed resulting in an operation to repair a tibial platform fracture involving insertion of bone graft and metal implants / shafts)On the 2nd consultant appointment following surgery, I was recommended to use a heel cup to ease the pressure and help with my move to full weight bearing.I bought these after researching online and looking at other customer reviews...I have to say, I'm impressed!They have really helped with the pain on a day to day basis :)The pain is still there and my heel(s) are still very tender, but, with these in my shoes, I'm much more comfortable and almost pain-free during the day :)I wasn't even able to get most of my shoes on before getting these, but now have a few more choices of what to wear!I have to thank all the people who responded to questions as they've helped so much in making this purchase...It might be only a couple of pounds as a purchase, but the difference it's made is amazing :)Highly recommended!

Don't stick particularly well which is why I give 4*. If you get over that, they actually work. I had a sore heel that after wearing these for a couple of weeks eased & then disappeared. Comfortable & fit well, just hold in place whilst putting on shoes

My search continues to try and get some relief from my my heel pain. Returned another item purchased from Amazon, that was poorly made and not fit for purpose, even claiming it supples the NHS in the UK G-D forbid. Can see where Tax Payers money is being wasted if that’s the case. Really can’t even be bothered to return item too much effort and will continue to find some other solution but not via Amazon.If it’s worked for others then I am surprised, unfortunately again didn’t for me.

I know this is a good quality item as I've used them before and give comfort to the heal when walking, they're pretty size for my shoes and the last ones I bought lasted more than a year
