Astounding! Tbh I don't really leave reviews in general. For what you get this flask is astonishing. Lets face it, its not a full expensive thermos with a cup as a lid. It really should be however. It IS "spill proof" to the extent I filled it up, turned it upside down and shook it. "Spill-proof​" is not designed for use like that. Its like saying something water resistant can be thrown in a swimming pool. It is not a nightmare to drink out of because of a tiny lip that allows your lip to get a full seal so you don't drop water everywhere when drinking. The insulation on it is great and works. Keeps waiter with ice in it for hours in the middle of a heatwave in full sun (I forgot about the water I had bought out in a flask to keep cool and came back to it. The outside was very uncomfortable to drink out of because the sun had practically bbq'd it but there were still big chunks of ice inside.If you can't tell Im unbelievably impressed. Im going to buy one as a presentP.S Love the stylish design and colouring

Twice lid has popped violently off. 1st time in my bag so coffee spilled into my handbag and ruined it. Today I was holding the mug, the top popped off and hit the ceiling, the hot liquid shot out too with some force, leaving me with quite a sizeable scald. This mug has a dangerous design fault

Started so well. Arrived next day with Prime. Basic packaging but smart looking mug. The lid looks the same as a Bodem mug I'd had and lost in the past. There's the same problem when you open the lid and raise the mug to drink and your nose touches the underside of the wet stopper which has been plugging the opening. Only one turn of thread for the lid to attach to the beaker which concerned me but was working well until day5 when it suddenly leaked!!! Turns out the black rubber bit fell off ... like a bath without it's plug, hot tea all over my car seat. Glad at least it wasn't on me or my trousers!!!! Generously gave 2 stars because at least it looked the part until it broke :-( I'll be returning

all OK but the flipping lid gets opened little easily

Excellent in every way; keeps my tea warm for hours. Deducted 1 star as doesn't fit my mark 2 Skoda Octavia cup holder as base too wide. Nearly returned it for this reason, but found other uses.

Really good product, well made. A bit pricey than other cheaper options but pays for itself in reliability. i have spent more changing travel mugs in the last few months prior to buying this so definitley worth it. Keeps drinks really hot for up to 4 hours. I tend to take a while to drink a cup of tea so have amazed a few work colleagues by refusing their tea making offers while still sipping mine hours later. Good seal and doesn't leak at lid like most cheaper options. Could do with some sort of handle but thats me being really picky.

The top pops open due to pressure when filled with hot liquid, even when leaving it for a couple of minutes before sealing. There is no way of locking the seal, and preventing this from happening. Looking for a new cup, certainly wouldn't recommend this.

Lovely cup but unfortunately it leaks in my handbag. Had to return.
