My son loves it…he plays the keyboard at church and he been practicing hard. It was a good investment for me and gift.

Edit to add: after a few emails, this vendor did the right thing and sent a replacement. This time the piano was packed properly, with styrofoam to protect it during shipping, something the first shipment lacked. Replacement “feels” and action is like a real piano. I look forward to enjoying playing, again. Thank you for fixing the issue, superworthboutique. New video submitted with good keyboard. 88 keys at a nice price, but I guess you get what you pay for. The white keys do not clear the frame, so that it creates a distracting sound. Not at all like playing a real piano. (Keyboard was damaged during shipping) I have contacted the seller, as Amazon will do nothing. I will update if they are willing to fix this. I hope so. I cannot see enjoying practice with this.

It has 800 sound effects. Large beautiful keyboard. Keys feel weighted properly. It has a faux wooden frame which is nicer than hard plastic. The sound is wonderful. I had a bit of trouble assembling the stand. I eventually got it but the directions aren't specific enough so I had to take squint and look very close to try and figure out the matching angles of how to build it right. Drove me crazy, I had to reassemble it 3 times before I realized how it works. That's just me though. I'm not bright when it comes to certain furniture directions. But eventually I got it right lol. If you're thinking 88 keys are a lot, it's a perfect amount. For players that have never played a piano I recommend something not as advanced and expensive. If you're taking lessons regularly then yeah the 88 keys are great. All in all it's a great piano.

This product had a couple of technical issues - loss of sound on left side speaker and keys to the left of middle 'C' were not working properly after about 5 months of regular use. Customer service was not receptive to solving the issue. I received the same 'rubber stamped' reply each time I attempted to communicate with the seller. I finally received a resolution to return the product, which I did. This product was well within the warranty period. I had to pay for the shipping, which was not cheap. I did receive a total refund on the product itself.

Great piano for the money, lots of sounds built in. I also am able to use this as a midi controller. The only issue I have is scrolling through all the sounds with a plus and minus button can be old and there's so many you probably won't hear them all still 5 stars for playability.
