Looks somewhat genuine. Although karcher usually uses "Designed and Engineered in Germany" tagline. And "Assembled in $country" at bottoms. I was able to confirm the barcode to another similar product sold in foreign markets.I've used it to clean a ground with dust and cigarette droppings. The pull of vacuum seems reduced, not sure why.The filtration by the bag is decent. No dust fell in the compartment. The bag seems to fit wd3 and the box mentions compatibility.As others have mentioned that fleece bags may harm the vacuum performance and durability, I'm yet to try pick my usuall load of dust and litters to test the vacuum out. Thus far I haven't heard sharp sound that comes when motor is strained.I'll update this review after a few weeks. If it performs well, then a 5 star for sure.
