You would need to speak to The manufacturer about your question.I am a customer only. I would say that the RAL list of colours is an Industry standard for trade and paint manufacturors and this list of colours is used internationally.

Are the matte colours the same numbers as the gloss as I have just ordered the K7 chart can I order from the k7 for matte colours thank you

K5 & K7 show the same colours. The RAL K7 is only sold on gloss.

What is the difference between a K7 chart and a K5 ?

The difference is in the size of the colour swatch: both K5 and K7 contain the same amount of colours - 213 - but the K5 has one colour per swatch (measuring 150mm x 50mm) whereas the K7 has 5 colours per swatch (each colour therefore has a much smaller palette size 20mm x 50mm). HTH.
