Hubner Silicea for Hair Skin and Nails - Pack of 60 Capsules

Have used over a long period and it definitely improves hair and nails in a way no other product I've tried does. Often not easy to obtain, especially if you don't want to support Russia by shopping at Holland and Barrett!

I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR 3 MONTHS NOW, IT DID TAKE ABOUT 2 MONTHS FOR ME TO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN MY NAILS AS IT NEEDS TO GET INTO YOUR SYSTEM I HAD VERY SOFT NAILS WHICH SPLIT BEFORE THEY GOT TO THE TOP OF MY NAIL GROWTH AND ANY TIME I KNOCKED MY NAILS THEY WOULD BE DAMAGED, THRU' MENOPAUSE I THINK AS THIS IN QUITE COMMON. NOW MY NAILS ARE AWESOME PEOPLE ASK ME IF THEY ARE REAL LOL!!! I HAVE BEEN SPENDING ££££ ON FINDING WHAT WORKS FOR ME AND THIS IS IT !!! ALSO USE A NAIL HARDNER TO GIVE ADDED PROTECTION SO FOR NAILS IT WAS GREAT. MY HAIR HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY HEALTHY SO I CAN'T COMMENT ON THAT .

I can't recommend these highly enough, my beautician told me to take them after my 2ns baby to help me improve my hair & nails for my wedding, they worked & treat & also helped me drink more water as the instructions say they must be swallowed with a large glass so it formed a good daily habit

Very good product. The hair started growing after first course. It caused me some white spots on face but only temporary they dissapeared after i stopped taking vitamins. It’s worth it if you had a severe hair loss like i did after a baby

Good product. I can see growth. Does not have any flavour or after taste. Make sure to drink enough water, it can at times feel like it us sticking in your throat.

I was hoping to see an improvement for hair growth, so far 8 x weeks into using the supplement only my nails have grown, seen little improvement in my skin. The second batch I bought on subscription £18.99. Won't be making any further purchases
