Puppies and humans love them
My puppy loves these and they are safe and great for dogs! I’m not a fan on fish so I tip it out in his bowl and chuck the tin. The edges are sharp when opened so I would not let him lick the inside clean. I bought these for my mum and her friend too and they both love cooking with it and enjoy the quality and taste.

Excellent.
I buy these all the time, I like this plain variety in just water with nothing added. My cat approves, too.

Highly recommended!
Pros: 1. Essentially sardines in water with no added salt! 2. However it tastes extremely good! 3. Sprats have higher Omega 3 content than sardines! 4. To me the best part is actually the water because it’s like drinking sprat essence! Pros/Cons: 1. The bones are hardly noticeable and personally I prefer the crunchiness of larger bones in sardines. I’m also not sure if the scales have been removed but I would have preferred with scales as well. However some people may find this as a plus point. 2. I think there’s less fishiness than sardines but personally I love more fishiness. 3. The tin comes packed in a paper box so there won’t be any contamination on the surface. However this contributes to extra waste. Cons: 1. A little pricy but it’s worth for the quality of the product! 2. I read that sprats have higher natural sodium and fat content than sardines, but it’s probably why it tastes so good even with no added salt! Most other sardine products come with mediums that contribute to extra sodium anyway. Overall very satisfied. Bought only 1 pack to try but certainly will buy again!

Nutritionally same as sardines
Don't normal sardine size. Otherwise treat the same. I like mine - sardines, sprats - lightly pan fried, it seems to reconstitute the texture of untinned original

okay
arrived with one of the tins opened, who knows when. It was rancid and all the cardboard cases were equally rancid as the leak got to everyone of them I have gotten the smaller batch before, and the contents are small, thin, headless sprats in water that the cat and dog love

Boxer dog loves them.
Punk, our Boxer dog absolutely loves these sprats in spring water! We feed him them as a topper with his regular food or as an occasional treat. Yes, they're quite expensive, but dogs are here for a good time, not a long time!
