Q: can this be used for toasting marshmallows

I wouldn't recommend this for toasting marshmallows, purely for use with chafing dishes.

Q: those this product burn for 2hrs.

To be honest I didn't check the time but it is probably a minimum of 2 hours burn time.

Q: Can I toast marshmallows on this? Is it safe?

I wouldn't do that, I think it would taste strange- I would say definitely not. Stick too wood /coal or even peat logs are fine.

Q: Can these be re-lit ?

Yes they can be re-lit as long as you have ensured that when you extinguished the Tin of Gel previously you have securely refitted the Lid as the vapors will evaporate. When you relight the Gel you will need a long match or a good flame on your lighter and keep your fingers clear as the flame is invisible and very hot.
