Can you swallow these instead of chewing?

Sorry NO...they advice you to either suck or crunch them. They are quite big to swallow too, but dont be worried that they taste awful, they dont. They have a lemonytaste and dont leave you feeling as if you have chewed a lump of chalk either. All you can do is try them out and see for yourself, perhaps a smallish bottle first?
