I don't think this product is working as it should. When attached to the outside tap it reads 8Bar even if you turn the tap down to a very slow flow.

the pressure could in fact be 8 barr. i live in leeds and work in north yorkshire. In leedsi i have recorded in excess of 7 barr, in ripon the pressure is very high. The only way to be sure is to ask your water company what pressure you could expect. Turning the tap down or turning it on slowly will have no effect on the pressure, that is the classic missunderstanding between the difference in pressure and flow rate(volume) and the relationship between pressure and flow rate
