Vegan Digestive Enzymes Tablets - Pack of 250 - Lactose Free - Digestion Support - Vegan & Gluten-Free

Have used these digestives enzymes for years, after having my gall bladder removed. They work well for me and I would definitely recommend them.

I have been taking Gaviscon and Buscopan for heartburn and bloating. Recently I have had a bad bout of Diverticulitis so took 2 of these before dinner and hey presto no ill effects, no bloating or pain in left hand side from DV which had been troubling me for 4 days. They really work for me and I am so happy to feel better.

I have bought these enzymes twice. The product is a lovely taste it can be chewed or swallowed, they are quite large to swallow but I have no issues with swallowing but know others cannot so that is a bonus. Do they work - I will be honest here, I have had digestive issues after surgery for years and beginning to understand mine may be related to a food sensitivity/intolerence, so the enzymes would do little for that anyway. I have taken them after eating meals I really struggled with like beans, brocolli or heavy meals in general that I would bloat up as soon as I had eaten. I think they probably did help me to eliminate gas easier by making the time shorter, as often I would wake up with stomach cramps previous to using them the next day and have not done since so in that respect I belive they have helped. I would urge people to think more deeply if they having problems with a particular food though. I've eliminated beans from my diet and waiting for allergy and intolerence testing, much easier to eliminate something from your diet than have to struggle with finding things to help you digest something your body doesnt have the tools to cope with. Keep a food diary, it may be that your body it just having trouble with digesting particular foods rather than your whole digestive system being out of wack.

I use this product to assist in the digestive process following consumption of food. It one of the best product I and come across in its category.

I love this company and their vitamins only problem their products are a bit pricy but will keep buying because their vitamins do work I can already tell a difference from using them for the last two months. Delivery is pretty quick as well and it’s well packaged too. Also some of the vitamins for me is a bit hard too swallow as it’s a bit big.

Very hard to swallow and if not swallowed first time the taste it leaves in the mouth makes you gag. Very foul taste. Big tablets found them hard to swallow 6/10

I suffer with delayed gastric emptying and read online that digestive enzymes could help. I decided to but Solgar ones based on the Amazon reviews and have been very pleased with my choice. I take a half, 3/4, or up to one tablet whenever I eat depending on the size of the meal. I tend to have very small meals, hence only taking half-3/4 of a tablet, rather than the one while tablet per meal as in the directions. They have definitely helped with my digestion as food no longer sits in my tummy for ages after eating, which has helped get rid of the tummy bloating and indigestion I used to experience after eating. They are mint flavoured and pleasant to chew.

Arrived today and a struggle to open lid. Too tight. Eventually got it opened.

Hace unos 15 días que las tomo y parece que sí ayudan con la digestión y a metabolizar los alimentos. Además saben a menta y me las tomo masticando. La forma de tomarlas es una después de cada comida (3 al día). Un saludo y espero que os sirva.

Kendimi bildim bileli mide sorunum var, ibs var. Bakliyat grubu yiyemiyorum korkunç gaz yapıyor ve sindiremiyorum. Özellikle safra kesem alındığından bu yana iyice hassaslaştı bünye. Bir tavsiye üzerine aldım bunu ve bir süre kullandıktan sonra yorum yapıyorum. Bende kesinlikle işe yaradı. Gaz yapabilecek gıdalardan sonra bir tane çiğniyorum ve bingo 🎉 sindirim sorunum çözüldü 👌

En dos semanas ya he notado mejoría en mi estómago En mi caso al ser comestibles me funcionan 15 minutos antes de la comida y antes de la cena....que son 2 al día ...dejo que se disuelva en la boca para que lleguen las encimas lenta mente al estómago tal como me ha consejo mi terapeuta. Probaré durante dos meses, y si es necesario más tiempo

j ai passe 4 fois cette commande et ça fait 4 fois qu on m envoie un produit qui n a rien a voir, un truc avec des extraits d animaux ecoeurant qui pue et qui ne fonctionne pas . je renvoie le paquet je recommande et a chaque fois c est la meme erreur . j avais essayer ce produit qui est formidable mais si amazon ne le distribue plus qu il anonce qu il est indisponible au lieu de refourguer n importe quoi
