This is so good. I started feeling the difference after 2 days. The VM75 is the best. I read the reviews before buying and am glad I did. It helps me with my menopausal symptoms and I get a good night sleep

Been using these for a few years. The best value for money in terms of the amount of vit and minerals you get compared to other brands. They lose a star because I really wish Solgar would do something about reducing the massive size of the tablets. Even taking 2 smaller tablets a day would be better than trying to swallow these. They should come with a choke hazard warning.

Probablemente es el más potente y completo suplemento de vitaminas. Igualmente las tomo como complemento de la dieta vegana. Como es realmente potente suelo tomarlo en días alternos. El efecto se nota. Merece la pena gastar un poco más por algo realmente bueno.

Son unas buenas vitaminas, he probado muchas y estas son las que mejor van, tambien son un poco mas caras. Además son aptas para veganos, ahora que cada vez hay más. La única pega que puedo poner es que meas amarillo canario :)
