Angel of Death: A Hidden Norfolk thriller (Book 12)

pacey plot
This is the first I’ve read in the series. The plot is well handled, and keeps your attention. As with other detective series I’ve read, could have done with editing (typos, people frequently”exhaling”, rolling their eyes, inclining their heads, raising their eyebrows etc.) and some padding, but overall a good read.

Great
I thoroughly enjoyed this book from start to finish. I couldn't put it down once I'd started to read it. Can't wait for the next one.

Yet another winner
I’ve really enjoyed this book, murder mystery at its best. J M Dalgleish write books that you just can’t put down.

Very enjoyable
I think this is the 12th in the series and I have read and enjoyed them all. Looking forward to the next.

good to be back.
I read the other 11 book about a year ago. This one wasn’t available. I am so glad to have found Tom again. His way of looking at cases and finding little paths off the main trail. It never ceases to enthrall me.

Great reading and love the characters
I particularly love this series of books for the locations, having been a resident of Norfolk for a number of years. Each story improves on the last and the characters are great. I'm just really glad there aren't that many murders in Norfolk!!! 😁 Highly recommended.

Rough Justice
This author knows how to weave a story. The investigation twists and turns, keeping the reader on their toes and guessing until the end The crimes are suitably gruesome for my taste. The team continue to develop as characters and I now really care about their welfare. Recommended read.

Another page turner from JM Dalgliesh
Another page turner, JM Dalgliesh has produced a story worthy of the others in this series. The main characters remain interesting, true to the picture painted of them right back in book one of the series , while possessing all the shades of colour true to real personalities. This leads to the reader feeling familiar with the characters, like friends, but never bored of them, while the main story is woven intricately around them.
