This product is amazing. I take one dose every night before bed, I am able to stay regular. I am on a glp1 and this keeps my gut healthy. They are super easy to take. I like theater be chewable option. They are a great deal for honey, and I don't have any more gas pain. To be honest, the flavor is delicious and yeah, I prefer this large bottle because of value.

First time trying these. They do have a very chewy texture , but overall taste was good (orange). Once you chew them they are easy to swallow. Decent value for my money. Not sure how I feel overall gut health wise, but I feel better than drinking an 8 ounce cup of water mixed with the powder.

I wish that I would have bought the gummies in the beginning ! I was taking Metamucil orange smooth a few months ago and it worked really well but I started to develop heartburn after some time. So I switched to Metamucil clear fiber but after 4 days nothing happened it didn't work. Finally I ordered these and they did the job. They are really good and smell great! It's easy to eat and taking two of them should do the trick.

Gummies were soft and taste good. But...the whole container is stuck together. I have to use a fork to pull them apart. I wouldn't have purchased a container like this in the store. Might be better to purchase in person, not online.
