I bought this product a month ago and having tried it I have to say that I love it. The sachets are really convenient and they taste great - it makes me feel like I'm having a treat after meals!When I've tried this kind of thing in the past I've found it difficult to stick to taking them everyday but I've downloaded the new app they have and it reminds me to take my sachet so that's not a problem anymore.In terms of weightloss I have seen a real difference in the last month - I have lost around 5kg so far and it seems to be speeding up! I also feel good as it makes me feel fuller for longer so I am not snacking between meals.

Doesn't work at all. Ive been taking these after every meal and doing a 15min workout on bike. Cut down on snacks and carb and been eating 3 main healthy meals.I'm a full time mum so that's all the time I can spend on exercising (I was hoping household chores would be enough exercising too). But seems these only work for people who spend 2 hrs in gyms everyday or something... Very disappointing.

Berry taste not bad taste worse berry favour and it does work my husband is gradually and slowly losing 3 - 4 inches off his waist already he seems pleased with the results so far. If it is necessary to buy this for him again I would he did complain about the price a bit but my money well spend hopefully to get him a lot more healthier and back walking and playing golf

I have since lost a stone in 3 weeks...but you have to be devoted. Not a good taste to start with but you will get used to it trust me, just keep taking it.I am back again after 2yrs and I have managed keep my 1st off. Please guys if you are talking this product drink your recommended daily allowance of water with some lemon and cut down on your sugar tea and coffee or fizzy. No pain no gain. You don't need exercise with this trust me. Eat well and drink water that we are all afraid of.
