The back of the pack reads "for Cross Fountain Pens - Cross Townsend and Aventura". That's the one with 8751 on the front of the pack. Part number 8756 on the front of the pack says "Fro Cross Fountain Pens EXCEPT Cross Townsend and Aventura" Hope that helps

Not sure to be honest, as it's quite a thick converter. My Cross pen is the thicker one. May be worth searching your pen on Amazon, as often it will also show you appropriate converters. That's how I found this one. Else try speaking to a Cross stockist.
