Absolutely love these odour aiders. They are cute and so fun and do the job at hand. We use them in all of our sports shoes and especially for PE shoes that our kids use extensively at school. The design is easy on the eye and they keep their shape and odour eating properties well. My son has become accustomed to using these and I keep buying more. Excellent product which is expensive but worth the money.

Amazingly these actually work. They aren't just a gimmick. Ideal for stinky boots and shoes.

Good. I had a few days off from work so I put the boot bananas in my work boots for 4 days straight, where they worked hard to very slowly neutralize an old, disgusting smell. I am a bit worried that the bananas have become discoloured after a single use, perhaps I got a bad batch? Overall recommended. UPDATE 2 WEEKS ON: Mold has grown on the bananas and they have become even more discoloured. I genuinely cannot imagine these lasting 2 months, much less the advertised 6 to 12 months. Not recommended at their current price point. If the price was halved, say £7, then they would be worth it. Not so at close to £17. UPDATE 3 WEEKS ON: I received a message from the seller explaining the item and its intended use and have realized I wasn't using the bananas as intended - If used in sweaty work boots, they're meant to be used in conjunction with their boot dryers, to avoid the bananas being oversaturated by sweat. Review moved to 5 stars due to attentiveness and professionalism of seller.

** Update **. Seller kindly sent replacement product, informing that there has been issues with a single batch of these. Happy to report the replacements worked perfectly and no signs of deterioration after a few uses - very happy. We’ve been struggling with the stench of our sons various boots for a number of seasons and have tried multiple ways to freshen them up with no real success. After seeing this on Amazon, thought we’d give them a go. Good news is - they really helped with the smell and although not completely gone, they’re definetly smelling a lot fresher and not causing the whole family to wretch whenever son opens his boot bag. The not so good news - after 2 hours in my sons boots, both bananas have now started to turn with brown dots appearing over them. Boots were slightly damp, but not overly wet when used so a bit disappointed as don’t see how these are now going to last the time claimed in the advertising. Overall, a great idea and seems as though they are effective at addressing the smell issue. However, if they need to replaced this often then it’s going to come very costly.

Amazing items. Second pair in the family of these fresheners, also have the boot driers too. Brilliant & as seen on Dragons Den. Not only freshen the boots/shoes, they also make the car smell lovely too from the boot. Natural & well worth the money.

Natural, strong, great smelling little bananas that fit perfectly in your work shoes! Keeping your shoes fresh is key to healthy feet and painless days honestly. They work well for me. I love tea tree. Only down side is they collect alot of moisture quickly and begin to look ugly. Stains on the yellow bananas, but that's what their designed to do!

Not as good as I thought. It smells pretty weird and it tends to get the bad smell of the shoes and hold it as well, creating a nasty overall smell. It didn’t do much for my shoes…
