I bought one of these about 6 months ago and broke it (totally my fault, total user error). I looked around for a new bong but in the end decided to re-purchase this one.It has actually changed since I last bought it. The percolator is shorter, more compact, so there is more empty space above it in the chamber to harbour smoke a little longer on the slower inhalation. The stem now has a larger gap at the bottom with the same ridges/gaps on the edges. The bowl was slanted before in sort of a wide V shape. The new one is a rounded bowl with a much smaller gap on the bottom to help catch any stray parts of herb.All in all, obviously this product was great 6 months ago because I was going to buy a new one of the same product anyway ... But it's better now. I totally recommend this. They have obviously paid attention to user feedback and any gripes I had with this are now gone.Note: I marked "Easy to clean" as 5/5 because it is easy as long as you have what you need. See this little guide:You need: salt, isopropyl alcohol (99%+) and a sandwich/freezer bag. I'd also suggest having some microfibre cloths to hand, I just use cheap ones from Primark and they are fantastic; they attract the sticky stuff when cleaning and can be easily cleaned themselves with isopropyl and salt just the same.Pop the stem and bowl in a freezer bag with a tablespoon or so of salt and about 5x that of isopropyl. Seal the bag up by tying it or holding it and, securing the pieces so they don't move freely and collide, shake the products and you'll see that the salt/alcohol solution dissolves the solution and becomes a dark, pretty disgusting, solution which can be disposed of.I pour a good tablespoon or 2 of salt in the top of the bong and then repeatedly fill the top chamber with isopropyl until enough has filled the bottom chamber to pass the line where water sits and leaves a mark. I then cover the holes, shake it for a bit, pour 1/4 of the solution out and refill with fresh isopropyl to strengthen what is left and clean the final bits off without using a whole bong-full of fresh isopropyl.Empty what you can out by pouring all of the solution out of the stem part (not through the mouth hole). Fill the neck through the mouth hole about 3-4 times with hot water until it starts coming out of the neck and then again, pour it out.(Tip: Add some lemon juice at this point if you have some as it will cover the nasty taste of alcohol that can get left behind. Don't use LOADS of it, just use a little splash)Run water through the bong as many more times as you want, but start to use cold water now. I usually do this sequence of filling 3/4 times and emptying 2 more times with cold water and then on the last one I leave it ready for use.

Absolutely amazing bong. Bought it the first time and it arrived a week early packaged really discreetly and had lots of protection for the glass. Was so nice to use and I would definitely recommend making use of the ice holder feature. Easy to clean as well.Unfortunately I broke it (this was entirely my fault. Even when it broke you could see the glass was of excellent quality as it didn't shatter into tiny pieces). When I went to replace it, I couldn't find anything that would slightly compare in style and value for money so I ordered it a second time and this time it has arrived 2 weeks early.If you are looking for a reliable, beautiful and smooth bong, this is definitely the one. Don't get out off by the delivery time as they GREATLY overestimate how long it takes to arrive in the UK

I've had a fun time with this purchase. First of all i would like to say for the price this bong is great value and it works perfectly. The first problem i had was just if it was going to arrive on time (needed it for the 20th of jan) but after emailing the company and finding its location i was able to receive it on time. It took about a whole week to come, which isn't actually bad considering they ship from beijing. When it arrived there was slight damage to the product but after providing pictures and emailing the company they were more than happy to send a replacement. Even though i did encounter problems it has not discouraged me from buying from these guys. Their customer service is excellent! And to be honest you wont find this quality for this price anywhere. Definitely worth it. The 4 stars are just because my package was damaged. P.s the bong works well despite the damage and is a very well made piece. Thick glass and 3 chambers to really purify the smoke. It does not sit entirely flat and kind of rocks around a bit like an uneven legged table but im guessing its manufacturing issue and really isn't that big of a deal.

Ok to use, but difficult to dry out after cleaning

This is my second ever bong and I'm pleased that this has arrived well earlier than scheduled date (arrived on the 16th of October in ten days whereas it should've arrived between 24th October and the 1st of November), not to mention how beautiful a glassware it is, its large size and quality are great for the price. Nothing to complain about so far.Update: My happiness didn't last long as the downstream and the bowl are broken upon falling off my hands onto a high table surface so I'm kind of disappointed that the item parts are a bit more fragile than claimed (I didn't drop it on the ground after all). It was a nice product though.

Absolutely amazing said that it was going to be delivered between the 13-23 of April arrived on the 28th of MarchUnfortunately I broke the bowl that hose in the end and I admit it’s my fault but they have replaced, very good customer service and the product it’s self, for £20 (that includes the shipping) it is incredible I bought two as my friend was wanting one as well and it’s such a good clear smoke, it’s my first bong and hopeful my only one as this one will last me a whileBut a bit of caution for anyone else hold the bowl the whole time it’s out of the stem really hold it and don’t let go till you have to light up to smoke as soon as it’s out of the stem don’t let go even when filling it

The media could not be loaded. This was terrible value for money.it’s the 2nd one I have bought similarities are the same roughly.I don’t get why the insist on making the tube the head attaches to at the degree they do.even tho they will say it’s for this or that.it’s a very disappointing device yet I have bought 2.the one with the tube was the worst and that was the deal breaker.make the head u sook on a bit smaller and fix the dynamics of the bottle

Le produit est top, c'est ce que je cherchais. Les finitions sont propres, l'objet est joli. Par contre c'est du verre et donc c'est fragile. La partie centrale n'est pas accessible pour le nettoyage. Il faut donc rincer et nettoyer avec un produit spécial régulièrement.

die bong kam bereits 8 tage nach bestellung an obwohl 10-20 tage zu erwarten waren. die qualität ist für diesen preis besser als man erwartet, stabiles glas, schöner kopf für den man kein siebchen braucht und lässt sich gut ziehen. nur zu empfehlen!
