Came early and was of good quality

First order arrived with 2 step pieces missing so contacted customer service and a replacement arrived few days later. Really impressed by service, speed and overall understanding. Steps are great. Very sturdy and work well. Highly recommend.

The ladder was easy to out together. However, the ladder itself is very difficult to use due to the distance between steps. The first strp is high off of the floor and even children have difficulty getting onto to it and the trying to get onto the next step which is also very high. Once the children (and adults) get to the top it’s difficult to get a leg over and the kids pretty much fell in from the top step because they couldn’t reach the lower step in the water. Adults who ate very mobile and of the right height were fine. I bought the ladder specifically for me and I can’t use it on my own. I need help. So now I’ve put an individual step on the floor between the legs of the ladder just so I can get to the first step. Ideally there should be three steps either side. Personally I wouldn’t recommend. Bestway products are usually excellent and always go to them first. But sadly not in this instance.
