Loved the Guardsman & a speedy delivery to New Zealand, but it is for a present & it arrived in a jiffy bag with the packaging crushed which was a bit disappointing

Bought for sister likes character, but doesn't like the clicking noise.

Extremely disappointed
Very disappointed as the Guardsman was broken when I took it out of it packaging. There was no free movement of the head or body. (I bought a queen aswell and she works fine). This was a little gift for my husband a fully time served Coldstream Guard, so didn't quite have the desired impact!!! The packaging was unfortunately mistakenly thrown away and it was only £5.......thus I haven't made the effort to return it/ seek a refund. But maybe I should as all items purchased should be fit for purpose irrespective of the price!!
