Hello is this salt fine or coarse?

It's naturally coarse, is not milled and would not suit attempts to finely grind in any way due to the naturally high moisture levels (magnesium in particular). (You may dry it and then finely grind it, but it will return to moist... Really it's best accepted as coarse.)

What is the best way ro mix/disolve in bottlee drinking water to avoid coarse grit?!

You could grind some of the salt with the back of a spoon or use pestle & mortar. Personally I either eat/crunch a few grains then chase with water or distill water onto a couple of tea spoons of Celtic salt in the collection jug -which disolves it because the water is hot when it come out of the distiller.
