I did an online test to find out what supplements I should be taking. Given the distinct lack of fish in my diet surprise surprise omega was on the list. I’ve tried a few different products at a few price points and settled on these as the best value and amount. They’re high quality goods from a known brand that’s established and has a great track record. The only downside to these is the slight fishy taste you can get sometimes afterwards. But I think that helps to prove it’s fine from a real fish!

The body can synthesize most of the fats it needs from the diet. However, two essential fatty acids, linoleic and alpha-linolenic, cannot be synthesized in the body and must be obtained from food. These basic fats, found in plant foods, are used to build specialized fats called omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. That's where this product steps in ! Very good supplement I'm on my second tub now , eating 1 pill 3x per day with my meals . Must have product for weight loss ans general wellbeing . Simple design , good value for your money . This brand always delivers is . Getting all my products from them now coming from MyProtein , bulk powders seem to be better value for your money Cons : only one and also the reason I've taken went only for 4* . EVERY single product from this brand comes with very weak security seal on it , which means it can be removed and put back and still looks like new , maybe something they should think about redesigning.

Good size tub, contains 3 6 and 9 which a lot of other supplements have only just got 3, the tablets aren't the size of horse tablets either, no fishy taste in mouth or breath either.

Large capsules but easy to swallow. It states take three times a day which isn’t very convenient for me so been taking two a day. Taking various other supplements for temporary severe hair loss but feel these are helping.
