A beautifully designed product, looks lovely on the counter top and made of a strong and durable quality. Should last an age if used correctly and not dropped. No more juggling teaspoons and sugar canisters, just pour what you need, stir and away you go. Even the children can be trusted to use when needed for breakfast and such with minimal mess so definitely a worthwhile purchase.

This is nice to use and delivers sugar in equal doses. I had a bodum one previously which I had to refill all the time so when I broke it, it was probably a blessing because this one lasts me about 2 weeks between filling. And if I break it again I have one in reserve so it’s win win.

Saves sugar as only dispenses a certain amount each time. Better than spoons which can give too much.

This is good value and great quality, but it’s frustrating when it gets near to empty. You need to keep on flipping it over to fill the tube, otherwise nothing comes out.Keep it reasonably full and you’ll be fine though.

I have had this for 2 months now. I am happy with it. It is easy to screw/unscrew. To avoid the sugar melting and ove time clogging the pourer. I now add sugar into my mug before I pour in the hot water. Works well this way. Like similar products it doesn't pour a consistent amount of sugar (more than one teaspoon when full, less than a teaspoon as it empties). I am ok with this.

Nice idea, well made, BUT if you drink a lot do not expect this to be a convenient sugar dispenser.It's a time waster where it needs constant "topping up" to only quarter full so you can get the lid back on easily.If you fill it completely you will waste five minutes trying to get the lid on straight enough to screw down.
