Thickish china. It’s excellent value. Much cheaper than Melitta

Q: Is it ceramic or plastic as description says both ?

It’s ceramic - so maybe not as ‘permanent’ as the plastic one! Nice neat one cup size

Q: Does it come with filter papers?

No it does not. You have to buy them separately. Not always easy to find in supermarkets but I buy them through Amazon in 100 or 200 lots.
