Great product compression pack
Great product quilty great pain relief helped with my sprained ankle good for cool compression or warm easy to use flexible and easy to use stays cold or hot for around 2 hours

Brilliant
These are brilliant having broken my foot I was able to wrap these around my foot and with the tape the ice pack stayed where it was, definitely recommend

Good quality but a fairly short strap.
Item is well made and is effective. I purchased to wrap round my waist to treat lower back pain but the strap isn’t sufficiently long so I have to hold it or tuck it in my belt. I have a 36” waist.

Quick delivery. Good product especially with the sleeve meaning can stay where want it. Good size and coverage

Works well but can split on heating
Unfortunately one of the packs has split at the end seal on heating within a couple of days

Don't over work it if frozen
Good value for money. Really handy to have. Only used them from the freezer and not tried hot. If frozen, you should let it melt a little to become more pliable to mold around joints as I was a bit rough and it split.
