Noble Collection NN1210 Collectible

Got this hobbit letter opener set by noble collection recently and have to say they are beautiful!!! Made pretty solid, don't feel cheap, pretty hefty and very intricately detailed! Overall quite happy with these letter openers and highly recommend.

The Elven Sword Letter Opener Set is more of a keepsake. Although the pointy ends are sharp enough to seriously damage those evil looking envelopes, it feels like a sacrilege to use Sting, Glamdring or Orcrist for such a mundane task. I forgive the Makers for the plastic and metal handles but did they really have to print their logo on the metal blades? At least, match the Sindarin script! Each sword fits snugly in the moulded casing - Orcrist was fiddly to remove because of the details on the handle. The presentation box is pretend wood and glass (i.e. plastic) so it's light, and finished with gold lettering, hinges and clasp. It arrived promptly, well packaged and included a little pack of silicagel. I thought £53.95p was expensive for something that was just going to be looked at but being told this was 'the best Christmas present ever' made it totally worth it.

I am mostly happy with the product but I am infuriated to discover when I opened the packack I noticed that the glass on the casing has a very noticeable crack in it. Considering the product was supposed to be NEW I am very very disappointed with this considering I paid almost £60 in total. NOT GOOD

Beautiful movie prop replicas of three of the swords from the hobbit made by the noble collection. The swords come in a beautiful display case and can be used as letter openers. Perfect for anyone who is a hobbit or lord of the rings collector. Will make a perfect gift.

A brilliant presentation set, the case is sturdy and the blades are held safely in place. It could be wall mounted but you will need to add your own hooks or mounts. It arrived well protected in polystyrene and foam. The letter openers are big and they feel solid and well made, these are not dinky toys. They are nicely detailed and lovely to look at. Hobbit/LOTR nerds will spot that Sting is represented roughly the same size as Glamdring and Orcrist, rather than being much smaller as in the films, but it is understandable why they are presented in this way to make a nice set. Overall I love it.

These letter openers are a beautiful representation of the swords in LOTR. A great little boxed collection, I would highly recommend them.

love this little set. Bought as a present which they were over the moon about. Came super quick and excellent packaging. Just wish I kept them for myself hehe. Will definitely be buying myself a set soon.

Ein tolles Sammlerobjekt und die Elbenklingen sind sehr detailliert wiedergeben. Auf jeden Fall ein wahrer Augenöffner. Die Schwerter leuchten anscheinend "blau" wenn Orks in der Nähe sind 😉.

Je suis un grand fan des oeuvres de Tolkien et quand j'ai vu cette boite, j'ai directement été tenté. J'attendais beaucoup de se produit et il y avait peu de description dessus, j'ai du fouillé un peu sur le net pour en avoir. Je ne sais pas si le coffret et en bois, il reste tout de même assez joli. La vitre est en plastique mais cela n'est pas vraiment dérangeant. Les coupe papiers sont assez jolis et semble solide, tant que l'on n'essaye pas de se battre avec, ça reste des coupe papiers. Après des recherches, j'ai pu apprendre que les lames sont en aciers inoxydables. C'est un beau produit pour les fans des œuvres de Tolkien, dommage qu'il y ait peu de renseignement du vendeur sur le produit, mais en espérant que mon commentaire sera utile.
