Very pleased
This is my third straightener of the same model after each one lasted for years, very good reliable. It's great for natural curly hair as you can have it straight or in nice curls. My only problem with this one is that it makes a bzzz noise once it's connected to electricity and I guess this is because I bought it from European seller so the change of voltage might be causing this noise. Alas it works perfectly, very pleased

It's a good device although it is difficult to curl my hair with it. I am using another device for curling my hair and this device for straightening it. I have it for more than six months and it didn't give me any problems.

Always unplug the hair straightener after use. Do not leave the straightener unattended while in use or plugged in. Allow the straightener to cool before storing. Keep the straightener away from water and flammable materials. Be cautious of the hot surfaces to avoid burns.
