Useful
This has been really useful during the recent heatwave keeping my hot flushes down. The three bottles have been more cost efficient than I first thought as they've lasted well.

Excellent moisturiser
Very good product indeed. The spray comes out as a mist and my skin has become much softer since I have been spraying it with this water twice a day.

It’s water in a can
This is nice to use on your face particularly if the weather is hot. Also on hair if it’s porous and gets too dry before you get a chance to blow dry it after washing. However, essentially it is just water and as such is quite expensive. It’s a large spray and only suitable for the dressing table. It would be nice to have it in a handbag size but this was the only size I could find available on Amazon. I maybe should have looked around. a bit more. Quite a while ago, I bought the smaller size in Boots for just a few pounds which I did prefer.

Great to keep babies cool.
I bought this when I was preparing my bag for the hospital and they recommended you should have a spray to refresh your face when the birth starts but as I had a planned cesarean I never needed it as I didn't go through normal labour. Should you be planning normal birth though it is a great way to refresh your face. I did find though a great application for it with my babies - when it was hot both during the day and also in the evenings and my babies couldn't fall asleep as they were unsettled by the heat a bit of that spray really cooled them off and calmed them down so would definitely reccomend it.

A Pregnant Lady's Best Friend
This is a pregnancy must.I'm sorry; I know it's expensive for water in a can. I know it *is* only water in a can.But when you're pregnant, you're carrying ~30% extra blood (and that stuff is hot!), you're carrying extra weight, and your hormones can make you feel like you're hot flushing...I have a 300ml can that I keep by my bedside and in the fridge during the day to take the edge off when I'm getting hot. I also carry a 50ml one for when I'm running. It's a massive treat, and couldn't be justified if I wasn't pregnant, but it is wonderful to have for now...

A must have for labour
Bought this to use during labour and was really happy with it. The mist is fine and cool and so pleasant. Would certainly buy again and recommend as a hospital bag must have.
