OROROWomen's Heated Parka Jacket with Thermolite Insulation and Detachable Hood, Long Heated Coat

After looking at heated jackets for DAYS, it finally got cold enough to make a choice. And I am super glad I chose this one! I was worried about the size, I ordered an XL. I’m a solid 16 up top, and was worried about zipping over the girls. That worry was resolved when this arrived. Fits perfect. Enough room for even a thick sweater underneath. Not that you’d need it! It’s warm without the the heat activated. I have only charged the battery upon arrival, and it’s lasted so far for weeks, as I only use it for the really cold moments. So time will tell on that. As the weather gets colder (20f here today, and that felt warm) but once the winds increase, I will be so glad for this coat. It’s long enough (like mid thigh, I’m 5’9”) and with the double zipper it makes it easy to bend stretch and get into vehicles. I did remove the faux fur from the hood and the buttons that remain on the hood like to snag my hair, but I’m fine with that. This warm coat has made my hectic work days infinitely better. Seriously need a lighter coat for warmer days, cause this thing is awesome. Also! There is a nice inner cuff on the arms that really helps with keeping the cold out. Arm length is perfection. If you’ve narrowed your choices down and this one is in the mix, I can truly say this is the warmest, roomiest coat and the heated part (I mostly felt on the back panels) is an extra bonus when it’s frigid out. This jacket is a great purchase. Keeps me plenty warm even when on the low setting. It even worked well in the rain.

This is one of the best purchases I have made. I bought a size medium and I am 5’4” and 156 pounds. It fits nicely. It is warm even without turning on the warmers. I live on a cold and windy mountain. It definitely blocks the wind and all the warmers work correctly. The hood is nice and warm. The only con is that the zipper is a bit difficult at times. The coat is definitely worth the price.

I ordered this as a gift for family member before Christmas. When came had another family member same size try this on and let’s say this brand is not average fluffy friendly or for ladies that are gifted on top. I had to reorder a different style thru the companies website and even that being size the giftee wears was still small. This I feel is a richer persons brand. Quality and battery life appears good the person does like it. Feel they are more designed for skinny and some built people but not for larger people. I’d say these run size to almost 2 below what normal size is unless u have a more slim build. Also this model zipper SUCKS!!!! Whom ever designed this zipper system needs to go back to redesign school lol.

The jacket warms up immediately and the heat in the color feels so good. Love the length and quality.You may have to figure out the 2 way zipper aspect, but once you have that down away you go in comfort and warmth! Also customer service is wonderful. I had a return of this coat where the returning store (Kohl's Amazon return area) scanned the incorrect return code, Amazon and the coat company worked that issue though and did my return. Very helpful!

I live in Minnesota and I bought this coat to keep me warm while I wait at bus stops. I really reeaally wanted this coat to be awesome and exactly what I needed, but alas, I found myself disappointed. The coat itself is a fine coat, wind resistant, waterproof, plenty long with LOTS of pockets 👍 There is definitely some light heating going on (when you have it on high) I can feel the heat emitter when I press my back against something, or when I stick my hand in the pocket near the battery pack. But I think it's best for places where it just gets a little chilly, not for proper cold/ winter. Seems like it's just a normal coat in anything colder than 30* in fact I think a good puffy jacket would actually work better than this. Really bummed for me but would recommend this coat for fall or places that don't get really cold.

Love this coat even without the rechargeable battery heating feature; it’s wind proof and warm. But heating feature makes it really toasty. The coat is well made and stylish with ample pockets, drawstring at the waist and around the hood. It is “walking” coat length, so works well with slacks/jeans/leggings. I already had an Ororo heated vest, but wanted the coat too. I’m out quite a bit in the cold walking my dog, and this coat is going to get me through the winter in comfort.

I had the ORORO vest for a long time and finally decided on the coat when I knew I'd have to be outside for hours. The battery lasts a VERY long time. The coat has many pockets and you can even use the battery to charge your phone (in a pinch). I am glad I bought this!
