Gehwol Ingrown Toenail Softening Fluid 15ml for Ingrowing Toenails

Worked very well for me. Took a couple of weeks to clear up but excellent product. My big toe had an ingrown toenail , very painful to even touch. When I used the Gehwol Fluid , what a difference , i can now touch my toe without pain or discomfort.

I used to have ingrown nails all the time a few years ago and I really struggled to handle them. I have been using this product since and it has been a game changer. If your ingrown nail is red and painful, it may take some time to clear, but this product is amazing. Apply it twice a day at least. Once I healed my ingrown nails fully, I use it whenever I feel the slightest discomfort in the area and it clears away quickly. Be patient with this product and it will gift you really good results. The product also makes the nails look nicer and healthier. I also find that it makes the nail grow quicker.

Can tend to almost bathe your toe in the liquid , you have to be careful when using it as it comes out quite quickly. I used it initially for five nights on my ingrown toenail and it does soften the toenail where it is growing into the side of my toe. Very painful. But it did stop the pain and softened the nail enough for me to to cut through the extremely thick toenail. I then used it night and morning and actually managed to remove the section of the toenail that was digging into my toe. But would probably say use this then go see a professional to trim the nail back. I had used this previously and it helped, but once i stopped using it the nail went back to growing in and painful. So not a use once quick fix product. But definitely helps to stop the nail growing in if used daily and stops the pain after a few uses.

Really great especially if your ingrown Is in the early stages, it disinfects really well and doesn't burn or sting. This is actually the second bottle I've bought as it is that good. I actually found out that podiatrists recommend this product.

The jury is still out on this. I've been using on my son's ingrown toenail for three months. It seems to prevent infection. There is definitely less pus. Nail is softer though still ingrowing and too sore for me to cut (I would if it were my own toe!) It doesn't sting him, even though it's practically an open wound. A bottle does last for AGES. And, unlike other reviews, the dropper on the bottle is absolutely fine, don't try to shake the liquid out, just hold the bottle at about 45 degrees aiming it where you need it, and just press on the side of the nozzle to bend it slightly and you will get a perfect drop. I've been using two drops on my son's toe. But all in all I think it's more of a positive than negative experience with this.

This stuff is amazing. I've suffered so many years with my big toe. I've even had a small op on one. I could not live without it. It deserves more than 5 stars.

Don’t know how it works but it does. When i get that twinge or sudden pain from a knock on the edge of your toe where the nail digs in I use this stuff and a day later no pain when I press that area again. Weird how it does it but so delightful!

Let me start by saying. I am a 33 year old being that has always suffered from ingrown toenails in my big toes. I remember in my teenage years working retail and having to work 14+ hours standing up and most of the time with the extreme discomfort of having ingrown toenails digging into/through my skin. In my early 20’s I lived with the pain for some months because the pain in attempting to cut it out myself would damn near make me want to faint. Now fast forward to these last 2 months where my mother was the last person to cut my nail out as I was in tears and excruciating pain but little did we know that there was still a piece left. Just last week I had some running around to do and because of the pain I had to walk around in house slippers throughout the city while running my errands. Being a single mother with no personal time (pto) remaining from work, I had to try to squeeze in any appointments around my schedule. I tried calling to make an appointment to have my nail surgically removed until the receptionist told me that the only appointment they had available for the day I was able to come in, was all the way across town (my daughter has an appointment on this day and it would’ve been too out-of-the-way for me to travel with her that far) so ultimately, I wasn’t able to keep the appointment. I was desperately trying to find SOMETHING so that I could relieve myself from the pain, so, I turned to my dear friend ‘Google’ where I searched ‘how to numb ingrown toenail’ or something along those lines… & it lead me to THIS!!! I was skeptical about it working even though I read some reviews on here about it.. just because a few years ago, an ex boyfriend of mine bought me a tiny tube that was for ingrown toenails (I think it was Dr. Scholls but I’m not 100% sure) and it DID NOT work. I was so very disappointed over it I just thought I’d have to live with this inconvenience for the rest of my life.. until I tried THIS OIL and My God!! It took me less than 5 minutes to remove the TINIEST piece of nail from inside of my toe (it was literally growing inside of my toe, inward.. to the point that I have a tiny hole there now where it was growing in/through). I went ahead and ordered a pack of ingrown toenail instruments too that made it so much easier. I have never been so pleased with a product before. Those of you who have suffered long and hard over this feeling KNOW exactly what I mean when I say that THIS is a life changer! Being that it’s on the pricey side, I really thought long and hard before ordering.. COMPLETELY worth EVERY CENT! I called my mother as soon as I accomplished getting the nail out because she knew the pain I was in. I will forever be grateful for this invention and will recommend to any and everyone for as long as I live! Not until you’ve lived through the inconvenience, discomfort, excruciating pain of an ingrown toenail will you understand how grateful someone like me will be over a product like this that in a way, gives you your life back! Again, if I could rate this a 10 out of 10 I would and would recommend to anyone who is tired of the pain and discomfort and just wants to live their lives free of ingrown toenail pain! (People who’ve never experienced this, will never know how much of an inconvenience just a tiny piece of nail could cause in your entire life.. I’ve had to cancel plans over the years over it.. something SO TINY yet so impactful!) I can’t stress this enough, GET THIS!! SUPER Easy. I let it sit for a good 5-10 minutes and then put some more oil as I was preparing to take it out. Felt no pain, only a bit of pressure)

Doesn’t work

This product is absolutely hands down the best! I started to get ingrown toenail nails and after one treatment I got relief. It softens the nail so you can clean under the nail. Then being able to lift the nail at the corners. I’ve been using this product for just under a week. Apply 2 drops to the affected area. Wait 2 minutes. Then use cleaning tool to get under the nail. After I soak my feet in a warm foot bath with epsom salts. I highly recommend!!! My toes are happy again.

Ik heb bij alles geprobeerd voor bijna twee jaar lang. Behalve een pedicure want daar heb ik traumatische ervaringen mee bij een ingegroeide teennagel. Veel hielp een beetje maar nooit helemaal.
