USB C to HDMI Cable

Does not work well with a MacBook Pro 2016 model at all. I have to unplug and plug the HDMI end of the cable almost every time. Sometimes the external screen goes green, other times the signal gets lost completely. Really not happy with this product. Even when the video feed is okay, the audio glitches out sometimes and I have to unplug it and plug it in again to get it working again. Would return it if I could but don't want to buy the £50 adapter from Apple for now, but if you didn't buy this yet, definitely don't do it and pay some extra for the HDMI adapter from Apple. !! EDIT: Upon leaving my feedback, I got contacted by the company and they told me that "Our first batch of this product indeed has the unplug and plug issue to active the cable." They apologised for the inconvenience and they sent me not one, but two replacement cables which have the issue resolved. I am extremely happy with this product now as it works seamlessly and I didn't encounter any problems while using it. I feel very positive that it will last as I'm not expecting it to start acting up - overall the cable is very high quality. I am also very happy with the customer service because I did not expect to be contacted by them and definitely didn't expect to get sent replacement cables. All of this resulted in me changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars and I'm sticking with it. THIS IS NOT A SPONSORED REVIEW AND I WAS NOT ASKED TO GIVE A POSITIVE FEEDBACK. Tested this cable in all ways possible. Works like a charm for me on my MacBook pro 2017 15”. Hooked it up to my Panasonic TV and it works. I was curious about the complaints of disconnecting the the cable from the MacBook and re-connecting it again with various cables, that when this was conducted , the TV or monitor would stay black/off. So I conducted a test my self. I Disconnect it from the macbook pro then reconnected it to my macbook whilst leaving the HDMI cable in the tv to see if it the tv would display again by it self. It worked after 1-5 seconds. Did it the other way around too, disconected from the HDMI socket whilst leaving the usb-c in the macbook. It also Worked perfectly. sound was also coming through. Conducted 2nd test. Hooked it up to my ASUS Pc moniter. Conducted the same tests as before on my TV. same fantastic results. Although it recognised it as a pc monitor and displayed more space instead of mirroring the macbooks display. Easy to solve that for people who don’t know (you only need to do this one time). On your macbook, Go to: system preferences> displays>arrangement & tick the box mirror displays. Also some people complain about wifi issues with usb-c third party produts. I’ve come to see that this is or was an issue with apple’s software. For me as of this time I have not experienced any disconnections/interruptions with the WIFI. So that works too. Most likely people who buy this cable will also want to use it in the living room with a Bluetooth keyboard and usb-c to usb2- usb3 adaptor. So i have thrown in some pictures of my other purchase as a bounous to this review. P.S the size comparison to the back of the Tv was with a traditional hdmi cable and google chrome cast cable. 4k was also working smoothly too. For some reason Amazon will only let me disply 1 photo for the review . So i had to conbine them all into one.

I bought this lead as we arrived to our caravan holiday to find the TV didn’t work! Very frustrating, but a quick search online for a solution and we had this delivered to an Amazon locker nearby.. The lead works well, we were able to link it to my iPhone and play bbc iPlayer, Netflix and YouTube without any issues. My only quibble would be that it doesn’t charge the phone at the same time as we had to keep the phone screen on or the picture would go off the TV, which meant it used up a lot of battery. Also, the lead can come out of the phone easily if touched. But it worked for us, and for the price it was ideal!

This cable is fantastic. It performs very well and is very robust, which is perfect as there are times I'll need to travel with it and will be taking it out and putting it back in quite a bit. What really stood out to me was the customer service. At first I received a defective cable and it just wouldn't work so I contacted the seller directly and with a day or 2 they had sent me out 2 extra cables! The also said I didn't need to return the broken cable and kept in contact to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and that everything was working ok. Extremely happy with the product and the level of service I received. If you're needing an extra monitor for anything then I would have no doubt in recommending this one. I use it on my 2017 iMac and it's as simple as plug and play.

Worked very well with my laptop to tv still working it long and is match to description

Tested this USB-C to HDMI cable with several devices. It works perfectly with laptops and other computers—no issues at all. However, it does not support the iPad Pro with an M-series chip, which was disappointing. It also doesn’t work at all with an iPhone, even one with a USB-C port. If this is being purchased specifically for use with Apple mobile devices, it’s best to consider other options. For standard computer use, though, it performs well.

J’avais peur qu’avec le câble je n’ai pas une bonne qualité d’image entre mon Mac et mon écran externe mais je suis assez surpris du résultat, la connexion est rapide, la qualité est vraiment pas mauvaise du tout.

Works with my mac type-c to 2nd hdmi monitor. I already have one hdmi to hdmi monitor.

todo ok. Lo unico es que el iphone 16e NO SE PUEDE CONECTAR A HDMI, no por el cable sino por el telefono. El cable funciona bien.
