What is the difference between the loov organic wild blueberry powder in the glass jar (£12 for 100g) and the one in the paper bag (£17.90 for 90g)?

The powder in the jars is made out of juice-pressed organic berries, the one in the paper bag is from whole berries. Also, the drying method used for the powder in the paper bag is slightly different - the temperature never goes over 37 degrees so the product is raw.

What is the maximum processing temperature for the two dried powders, please?

I can only partly answer the question on the organic wild blueberries... it just says dried at low temperature for 48 hours. you could contact them. their website is : www.looovfood.ee

What is the difference between this powder and the freeze-dried blueberry powder also by loov?

To be honest I only tried this one because it is cheaper and I prefer the glass jar. I found this very good, as I said I usually suffer of loads of allergies, but this gave me no problem at all. I suppose the one that is freeze dried it is of even better quality because preserves more the qualities (taste and vitamins) of the blueberries..
