I believe it can fit children - it was abit small for my 19 year old sister so I think it will fit a child ok.

no because it's fake hair not real hair and would melt

HI, Yes the wig is a little short on the edges. It is however firm on your head. You can use a hairnet of the color of your skin to make it less conspicuous.

Could you dye it? Want to make one side green and cut shorter for a joker mashup

No I wouldn't, the hair isn't great quality so personally I don't think it would work
