This product is my preferred purchase for the full spectrum of B vitamins. At one time I really needed B suppliments and found many synthetic cheap verions were next to useless. Solgar is never the cheapest, but can always be relied on for quality. If you have any need for B suppliments, especially B12, I would recommend this product as it works very well indeed for me. Possibly due to the co-enzymes.

These vitamin b complex are great. Just use them up within 3 months or something?. I took 6 + months to use them up. And, they became soft, with brown spots and a very strong copper taste. Looked it up online. Apparently, it's because once opened and the tablets are exposed to air (even within the time of opening the jar, getting one out and screwing the lid back on), just doing this apparently shortens their 'shelf life' So, my advice follow the instructions on the bottle for how many to take a day. And, then do it every day. Until the bottle is finished. I would say, common sense really?. But, if you're like me, and have a lot on your mind?. You may not always remember?. Also, if you do take them every day?. They felt like they were 'stoking my fires' My inner central heating got very hot. To the point, I found wearing a coat not necessary.

This compared to other vitamin B complex is more noticeable in terms of overall health. Improves energy and the nervous system, even mental health.

Love love love this product and would highly recommend! Had used before, ran out and got a really cheap version of Vit B Complex ... it was like I wasnt taking anything, felt awful: headaches kicked in and I was near to nodding off every afternoon, felt like I was really dragging my backside around, it was an effort for sure. Anyhoo, ordered these and within 24 hours I could already feel the difference: headaches gone, loads more energy and sleeping better.

My background: woman, mid-30's, Paleo diet, no pregnancies, previously had some digestive issues: I used to take the H&B 100 Vit B but it was SO hard to stomach. This option has posed no issues and I feel that overall my energy levels are better. Side note - Vitamin B's, particular B6 can impact positively on your menstrual cycle. Two cycles in, and I am on a much steadier 30 day cycle, rather than swinging from 25 to 34 days. My flow has also been consistent and easy to handle rather than heavy and stop / starting. I take one in the morning after breakfast, or after lunch. Never at night. I also take the Solgar Digestive Enzymes and their Multi Billion Dophilus, and a high strength EPA / DHA fish oil.

I have been using this product for several months after trying other brands and I find this one makes a difference to my energy levels. I had run out of tablets for a few days and my energy was low but as soon as I started taking these tablets again, my energy increased. I'm vegan too so these B vitamins are important to boost my health. Fast delivery. Highly recommended!

This stops my Carb craving and helps me sleep at night. One a day is plenty so this is a one hundred day supply.

There's no way for me to know if this is doing its job or not. I am skeptical of vitamins and homeopathy. I took these to alleviate my anxiety (emotional control) and also to increase my energy levels, as a friend of mines swore to me it works, since I dislike the side effects of all psychiatric medicine for anxiety. I have noticed this B-Complex blend make me a bit tired, perhaps because of the Magnesium contained in this mix - for that reason, it doesn't give me the energy boost that B-Complex is hyped around for, didn't work for me at all in terms of energy. As far as my anxiety goes, I thought I was doing well with this, or perhaps it's just placebo - no way of knowing really, I did recently have a spell of anger related to my anxiety while on these.

I love my supplements in tablet forms so I can break them in half since I can't tolerate strong dose at once. I've been taking these for about 4 years now and can tell a difference when I forget to take it even though its only half a tablet.
