I had a trapped nerve in my back, oh lord the pain was an agony… I couldn’t sleep, sit, walk, NOTHING! And nothing was helping, no painkillers prescribed by doctors either and the pain was getting gradually worse… I’m only 38, rather fit, slim, so I know the pain was not caused by anything else but trapped nerve. I’ve heard of a tennis ball massage, but it was impossible in the car and not easy when on your own so I searched this treasure and oh man, the relief was INSTANT. I absolutely recommend it, it is my best Amazon purchase ever! People are quick to write a bad review, not so much on the good ones - I’m bad to not leave many in general, but this back massager is my life saviour and I don’t know what I would have done without it. Within 2 days - 2 DAYS!!! the pain was gone ❤️ If you ever suffer from a back trapped nerve, get it!!!

Works ok on my neck and shoulders but it hurts my lower back, feels like I'm being punched as opposed to massaged.The heat mode is laughable, I can barely feel any heat.All in all, probably worth the £18 I paid for it on sale but nowhere near the full price of £35-45 that I've seen on Amazon and other websites.TLDR: a decent gift to give but not one you'd want to receive.

The OEM stock charger bin it! It isn't safe and hums/buzzes like no tomorrow, it came with a awful Chinese two pin socket and adapter. These are typically really dangerous and not earthed. I replaced it with a DC 5525 barrel jack cable and fused power brick. Specifically, Delta Electronics 12V 3A 36W AC Adapter & EC60320C5 to BS1363 Cloverleaf Power Cord (3Amp fused). This is a lot safer.The actual massager (purchased for ~£25) isn't too bad after the aforementioned. I use it hooked over my desk chair to get the hard to reach places in my back (just don't use it on your spine/bones). Build quality seems fairly good, as I've only had it a few weeks I cannot say how long it will last.

I rarely write reviews but do always read and felt compelled to share this one.I was recommended this item by a professional therapist for deep tissue massage inbetween sessions to be used particularly on my calves. Oh my, it really does get in to the tight areas and I can use it whilst relaxing watching TV/reading a book at the end of the day.I have given it 4 stars as the only thing I am disappointed in is the heat, it is barely even noticeable which will contact the manufacturer and ask about.
