Perfect!
I got this mount to go with the Kettle Grill I just bought and it's perfect. It fits the rod holder just right, is VERY easy to install and tighten, and I have no worries that it will hold it without a problem. It's very secure and stable. The large wingnut style tightener is super easy to use, and works very well.

Excellent mount!
Excellent mount. I read that others had trouble with the plastic nut breaking, but I found that you only have to snug the nut down to secure the grill. Also for those that have lost the regulator overboard, I installed a simple 4 foot extension hose, so the propane bottle stays on board with the regulator securely attached. If the regulator should come off the grill, the hose will prevent it from even hitting the water! Hose on Amazon: "DozyAnt 4 foot propane extension hose"; about $13.00. Mike

Didn’t last long but extraordinary customer support!
I have to say, the product didn’t last long. Bought it late March and it fell apart in October. Somehow when I went to put it in the rod holder, the plastic expansion pieces fell right off the stainless shaft into the ocean!! I spent about 45 mins trying to find them but I think the current was too strong. Thinking I was out the $50 I had just spent 7mo ago, I decided to give Magma a call and see what their thoughts were first. Without hesitation after explaining to customer support what happened, they asked which parts I was missing and said they would call me back. I got a call back about an hour later saying the parts I was now missing were not in stock so they would just ship me a new one in the new aluminum redesign! I’m so impressed with the customer support. It sucks that the first one didn’t last long and how my mood probably ruined the evening for everyone that night... but they did a dang good job making things right! I look forward to seeing the replacement show up in the mail next week.
