I keep rebuying these. They work almost instantly (12 hours) and are protioned perfectly so they are easy to use/update dosage with. They have definitely helped mental health, and thus my energy/motivation. They are small with no taste, so they're easy to swallow.

The vast majority of their products are absolutely clean, so read the ingredients, but always check “other ingredients“ first to be sure you have a clean product. Most of the products from this company list “other products“ as “none” which is all I want in a product. 😁 Always read labels before making purchases on any product. Enjoy!

Got what we ordered

Every time I take a whole pill I get the worse headaches. I’ve never had this type of reaction to inositol before and it’s a little unsettling. Not sure I’ll buy the brand again but I open up the pill now n just take half the powder a day. We’ll see it if gets better

Used to love this Inositol supplement and bought it many times because it had Bovine Gelatin capsules. Now it has a plant based polymer capsule (hypromellose) which is a synthetic polymer. I try to stay away from everything synthetic - I am HIGHLY disappointed and unhappy (in fact angry) and will probably be looking for another seller. It would have been nice if it mentioned this fact before I placed the order, which of course they took out the image that shows the 'additional ingredients' which generally mentions the capsule ingredient. (See attached picture - the white cap is the one with bovine capsules = the good ones - the orange cap is the new one with the synthetic capsules.) If all these vegans get their way - why can't there be an alternative for those of us who are carnivores so that we can KEEP the bovine capsules? This is one of the reasons why I purchased from Bulk because they used bovine gelatin. While hypromellose is generally considered safe for use in vitamins and dietary supplements, it may cause mild side effects in some individuals, such as gastrointestinal disturbances, allergic reactions, or interference with medication absorption And of course it is non returnable so I am screwed on this sale. I will be giving this one away since I will not be putting it in my body!! Definitely not happy.
