can you use this on ugg boots?

Sorry I don’t have ugh boots but I would think so. You just have to cut them to size

Does this actually kill the bacteria? I've washed the inside of my boots, sprayed with an odor "killer" but unfortunately the smell returns eventually

It treats the smell and bacteria at the time of spraying. But as soon as you start to wear them again the bacteria and smell will start to increase, over time, all over again. Some people suffer more than others. This spray works quite well as long as you re-treat at regular intervals. Trying to give your footwear time to fully air/dry between wearings will help

If you can wash them what setting would you put it on a washing machine and can you also dry them in the dryer or do you have air dry them?

I've washed mine on a 40 wash, no issues at all. Left to dry on a radiator.

Could this be used to remove the mess of body Oder from a tweed jacket?

This product is alright for shoe and foot. I will NOT use this on any jacket or body. If you need to get out the odour from your jacket give it a good clean using the professional cleaner shop.
