Purchased this in november, most used shade for me is quin rust, which has same pigment as daniel smith quin burnt orange, both has po48. And i like daniel Smith's more. If u are into botanicals u will love this set. Nickel quin gold and quin rose are very beautifull. I dont find any use of quin voilet. Also i liked winsor newton cotmans permanent rose better than quin rose, as winsor's is less staining than grahams quin rose.

Rich intense transparent, great for glazes, need to use little, highly pigmented, will last a long time

This is a great group of watercolours to add to my collection.. the luminosity bounce off each other, the easy application just make these a joy to work with, thank you M. Graham. I find this brand extremely hard to get in Australia, and also quite expensive compared to our painting friends in the USA. After using i just crave more, i will just have to wait and see if they come on sale...

These paints have a high pigment load and are very unusual because the honey stops them drying out. They are fresh and strong all the time even in a palette.
